I applaud Judge Douglas Staskal's ruling that Maureen Boesen is not entitled to the $3 million dollar life insurance proceeds because it's his understanding and belief that she signed loan documents where Fraud was committed, whether she realized it or not.
In our country, when you sign on the dotted line, that means you are agreeing to be responsible for paying back the money the bank is loaning to you. How many million people in this country lost their homes to foreclosure when they signed for sub-prime loans? Jerry Wanabee wasn't defending their right to keep their homes even though it was proven that the documents submitted by the Mortgage Broker were fraudulent. It has been the court's opinion that BEFORE you sign for a loan, it's your responsibility to check things out.
This is the first step in proving that CRIMINAL FRAUD was committed by Ed Boesen and more than the likely his co-horts, his brothers, attorneys who set up 46 different LLC's & Corporations and anyone else who facilitated in the commission of Bank Fraud. Judge Staskal obviously wasn't 'bought and paid for', thank God!

Ed Boesen: Dowling's Distinguished Alumi Award??
Ed Boesen is a member of Dowling's Distinguished Alumni. The Distinguished Alumni Award? Dowling initiated the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1988. This annual award recognizes Dowling or St. Joseph graduates who have distinguished themselves and serve as positive role models for the students at Dowling Catholic High School.
Criteria:
An individual must have graduated from Dowling High School or St. Joseph Academy more than 10 years ago. Individuals should be nominated and will be selected on distinction in two of the following areas:
*Distinction in their professional life
*Distinction in service to their community
*Service as a positive and inspiring role model to young adults
*Commitment to the Dowling/SJA community
Compare Ed Boesen's life to that of Michael Ketchmark ‘83(the same year Ed graduated from Dowling)?? Mike Ketchmark represented over 300 families whose loved ones died after a Kansas City pharmacist diluted their chemotherapy drugs in order to make more money selling the drugs. Mike won a 2.2 billion dollar jury verdict for the victims of this horrible crime. Mike was recently selected by his peers as one of the “Best Lawyers” in America. Mike now focuses his practice primarily on civil rights litigation representing the victims of age, race and sex discrimination.
Do you think the folks at Dowling still believe Ed Boesen is a positive role model to young adults??

Dowling Class of '83
I received this e-mail message about an hour ago. It's a link to the Dowling Class of '83 webpage listing the class members who had passed away including Ed Boesen. Is there any truth to the fact that these classmates of Ed Boesen's committed suicide?
http://dowling83.myevent.com/3/miscellaneous1.htm
"Ed, Paul and John went to the same grade school as well (I think). All committed sucide as well. I think John was a lawyer or studying to be a lawyer. He's dad was in prison. I'm not sure if any of this is connected but I know you have the resources to check. John's dad's name is Jack- I think."

The Ties That Bind?
Several of the key players in the Boesen story/Beaverdale development also serve on various boards at the Des Moines Diocese. Kevin Currie is a member of the Des Moines Diocese Building Commission. Dan Manning who is lawyer at Connolly, O'Malley, Lillis Hansen law firm, which also includes Adam Van Dike is on the Catholic Charities Board of the Des Moines Diocese. Last but not least, attorney Bill Lillis is on the Development Board at the Des Moines Diocese.

Maureen's Friend Is A Realtor?
One of Maureen Boesen friends, Jenny Farrell is a realtor with Re/Max Real Estate at 6600 University Avenue. (see her website below) More evidence that Maureen HAD to know what Ed was doing. Her good friend Jenny sold real estate for God's sake, and they would have had conversations about it. Heck Jenny even sells commercial real estate in Marshalltown where Ed Boesen had purchased some property and where he was in the process of buying a bank when he died.

Vacations with Club Cobeman's Wife?
Maureen Boesen was known to take yearly vacations with Chris Coleman's wife, Maureen's sister, and Jenny Farrell -- her best friend from HS. Jenny, of course, is married to the stellar "entertainer" Willie Farrell.
Of course, Ed sent them all over the country on one of his planes and put them up in luxurious locations. Like when Courtney Boesen turned 21 (2006) and Ed sent them along with a bunch of Courtney's friends.
