This seems really strange to me. Is this a bill from the accountant for services rendered? Then why would he be billing for vacation? If he owns this accounting company, I don't understand why he would do that. You would only do that if you worked exclusively for one person.

I have a friend from the St. Louis area. She's disappeared again now for quite a while... she's hiding from people who want to hurt her.

The SBA set her up as a minority contractor, and then she was expected to provide the "front" to grab the federal funds. The good old boys network ran DEEP into government. Still does. You don't have to dig far to find big names associated with bad things. Nothing is ever proven, though, but the pieces are all there for the folks (like YOU, Doris!) who are willing to put the puzzle together.

This whole Boesen thing sounds a whole lot like all of that. I wonder how many contractors (especially minority contractors set up by the SBA) have been involved in the corruption there? And I'm betting there are many, many links back to Boesen, Coleman, and a plethera of others... if only someone would link it all together.

BTW... for those of you who don't believe in "conspiracy theories" like what Doris has uncovered here... I met my friend at a women's shelter. She was hiding there because she was a afraid for her life. Apparently, whistle-blowing at certain levels can mean not only losing your company, your home, and your friends, but can also get you raped if you prove a little too stubborn. They'll do anything to shut you up.

You keep going, Doris - and you keep hiding if you think you need to.

Ok, here is what smells about this whole thing....
I have spent over 20 years as an Accountant all the way up to Chief Financial Officer for major companies...
No accountant, with the type of crap Ed needed accounted for, would charge a miserable $13 per hour. And what accountant in their right mind would accept $.35 per mile when the IRS allowable is close to twice that?
The vacation is BS. That is not how an independent accounting/financial firm works.
It is painfully obvious that the "accountant" really had no clue what Ed Boesen was doing, not at that rate of pay.

This document looks like a second grader wrote it. Who would give this paperwork to a court of law. No official letter head? That's why he did things cheap. Maybe not an accountant?

Oops. The paper must have been written by the lawyer. Still sloppy work. When my acct. bills me for his vacation, I will SEE him in court.
