On the list of 46 companies owned by Ed Boesen's estate is Brooking Partners LLC organized in Iowa in February 2008. The adminstrators are recommending that the court transfer the assets of Brooking Partners LLC to the two remaining partners, Richard R Clark and Byan Michael. Brooking Partners were in the process of building an experimental facility for Pioneer(net lease) in South Dakota. The project was financed by Pinnacle Bank Marshalltown, however Pinnacle Bank refused to fund further construction unless Richard R Clark and Bryan Michael agreed to personally guarantee the loan at Pinnacle Bank. Ed's estate owned 51% of Brooking Partners LLC, which has 0 equity according to court documents.
The estate administrators are recommending that the Broward Motoryacht 1977, belonging to Boesen Yacht LLC be transferred to Metabank who has a security interest of $2,500,000.00 in the yacht. The captain of the yacht indicated the value of the 1977 Broward Motoryacht to be between $700,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
