Updates on Boesen Court Cases

A few updates on the multiple court cases: Arends Landscape & Construction filed a mechanics lien against Ed Boesen in Cerro Gordo County District Court on Aug 14th. A-C Contractors Inc re-filed their mechanics lien of $19,936.00 + interest accrued against Ed Boesen on August 8th in Polk County. Professional Contracting Service Inc had filed a mechanics lien of $11,104.00 + accrued interest against Ed Boesen on April 22 2008 in Polk County. Kinzler Construction Services Inc filed a mechanics lien of $25, 395.12 + 18% interest against Ed Boesen on July 24th in Polk County, and I noted that the notice to Edward J Boesen was returned to the court as undeliverable last week. Judge Karen Roman recused herself from the First American Bank case against Maureen Boesen and the case was re-assigned to Judge Staskal yesterday in Polk County District Court. Subpoenas were sent to Valley Bank, Freedom Financial & Anchor Bank in the Great Western Bank case against Maureen Boesen.
